Patient presented with multiple missing teeth and failing existing restorations and wanted to replace and restore form and function. Dental implants, porcelain veneers and crowns were used on all of his teeth to regain function and his confidence smile.

Patient presented with multiple missing teeth and loose teeth due to severe periodontal disease where supporting bone structures were deteriorated by bacteria. His teeth were strategically extracted, multiple dental implants were placed with sinus surgeries where sinus floor was raised to gain vertical length needed for implant placement. After osseous integration of dental implants, prosthesis of screw type bridges was fabricated and delivered. This was a case to regain his form and function which in past was treated with partial dentures.

Patient presented with loose teeth and deficient bony and soft tissue. Dental implant and deficient gum tissue were augmented, and implant supported bridges were delivered.

Patient presented with only two upper canine teeth were remained. C. T. scan with implant position markers were taken and full upper implants were placed.

Patient presented with history of cleft palate which is incomplete fusion of roof of mouth during developmental period. Bony defect and missing teeth were treated with dental prosthesis.

Patient presented with shortened front teeth which was caused by severe clenching and grinding. Wax up of model was made and presented to patient to evaluate desired aesthetic outcome. Upon approval, very little amount of tooth structure was removed, and porcelain veneers were delivered.

Patient presented with fractured exiting single crown which cannot be re-made. Upon extraction of remainder root part of the tooth, dental implant and soft tissue graft was done to minimize bone and soft tissue loss. Implant supported crown was delivered and notice same level of gum tissue compared to right central incisor.

Patient presented with multiple missing tooth and loose teeth due to severe periodontal disease and parafunctional habit of clenching/ grinding led to spacing and flaring of teeth. Severely compromised teeth were extracted, and dental implants were placed with soft tissue and sinus augmentation. Remainder teeth with spacing issue was addressed by orthodontic treatment.
